Alan came out after my boiler had broken down. I needed a new one, but he came out and replaced the boiler promptly. He has been nothing but polite and helpful. I highly recommend him. He always replies to messages, always keeps me updated, and is an all-around pleasure to deal with. 10* service and work!

Alan moved and fitted a new radiator and new copper pipes. Job well done. Very neat pipe work. Also done boiler service; really happy with both jobs; very clean; took all rubbish on time; would definitely recommend him.

Fantastic professional service from Alan today to help out my parents, whose heating and hot water were turned off! Alan called ahead to let them know he was on his way. He was very helpful and friendly, and he sorted out their heating problems quickly and efficiently. He is already booked in with them for more work next year, as they were so impressed!

He was able to find the issue, get the part, and replace it within an hour. He had us back up and running so quickly, making sure that everything was cleaned up afterwards. We couldn't be happier.
